About CharterCapital Advisory - TeamSA

The CharterCaptial Advisory team is made up of four energetic and inspired young individuals studying at The CharterQuest Institute. The team was born out of a common interest and drive in strategic business analysis and innovation, which manifested itself in the decision to participate in the CIMA 2015 Global Business Challenge. With the CIMA 2015 GBC we have grown as individuals and are now sowing what we learnt back into all our different spheres of influence. See our Global Achievements and find out more about The CFO.

Tshegofatso Makhene

-  FINISHER -

Tshegofatso is our team leader and best described as ''The finisher'' in terms of our Belbin Model of team cohesion. She inspires and evaluates team arguments and delivers action-oriented consensus recom-mendations to the YJ Board. She is currently studying ACCA knowledge and skills courses and hails from Soweto in Johannesburg.

Raymond Miiro

- SHAPER -

Raymond is our deputy leader, technical model activist and number cruncher who provides the baseline meaning from which vigorous team debates ensue. He is best described as ''shaper'' in our Belbin Model. He hails from Honeydew, currently studying ACCA and holds a General Accounting Certificate from Lesotho Institute of Accountants.

Tshenolo Ramawela

- SPECIALIST -

Tshenolo is our ''specialist” and very ''thinking-oriented'' in terms of our Belbin Model. She is the SWOT expert and impact assessor but grasps the intricate details of the YJ business case and ensures nothing is left to chance with probing questions -'Are you sure?' She hails from Braamfontein, is studying CIMA Certificate level and holds a Diploma in Tech-nical Financial Accounting with the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB).

Justice Tshabalala

- TEAMWORKER -

Justice is our ''team worker” in terms of our Belbin Model as well as the team’s spokesperson who inspires team harmony and easily detects the people-oriented (behavioural and ethical) implications of what would otherwise be a very narrow technical and commercial analysis of the YJ business case. He is from Midrand and studying CIMA Certificate level having recently completed a Diploma in Public Relations from Rosebank College.
