Hen­drik obtained his Mas­ters (Cum Laude) and Doc­tor­ate degrees in Busi­ness Man­age­ment from the North-​West Uni­ver­sity. He is an Hon­orary Fel­low of the Asso­ci­a­tion of Busi­ness Exec­u­tives UK and both an Exec­u­tive Board and Coun­cil Mem­ber of the South African sub­sidiary where he is respon­si­ble for strat­egy, inno­va­tion and cor­po­rate affairs of the pro­fes­sional body. Over the last ten years, Dr Botha has deliv­ered tuition as both an aca­d­e­mic and oper­a­tions exec­u­tive in pri­vate higher edu­ca­tion insti­tu­tions in South­ern and East Africa. His pub­li­ca­tions include schol­arly arti­cles and book con­tri­bu­tions in the fields of Ethics, Entre­pre­neur­ship, Lead­er­ship, Gov­er­nance, Small Busi­ness Man­age­ment and Eco­nomic Empow­er­ment. Dr Botha has taught, at post­grad­u­ate level, mod­ules on lead­er­ship, gov­er­nance and ethics, research design, and at under­grad­u­ate level on busi­ness man­age­ment, organ­i­sa­tional behav­ior, and entre­pre­neur­ship. Dr. Botha lec­tures on our busi­ness man­age­ment courses.
