Lillian is currently employed as Senior Manager Marketing & Communication for Passenger Rail Agency of SA (PRASA) and is a former Chief Director of Marketing and Communication for the National Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). As part of her 14 years managerial track record, she also worked for Square Kilometre Array (SKA), the Department of Public Works (DPA), Metrorail, SA Post Office and Spoornet with the responsibility to oversee the full implementation of Integrated Marketing Communication solutions within the marketing mix.
Her areas of expertise include Public Relations, Advertisement, Brand Management, Corporate Communication, Media Relations, Crisis Communication Management, Customer Services and Stakeholder Relations.
Lillian holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from De Montfort University (UK), a BTech in Public Relations from Tshwane University of Technology, a Diploma in Public Relations from Technikon SA and a Management Development Programme Certificate from Wits Business School. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the SA National Press Club.
She is the Founding Managing Director of Joxiworx (Pty) Ltd a Marketing and Communication company established in 2011 and a Board Chairperson for Rebafenyi Victim Empowerment Programme, an NGO that offers shelter to abused women and children in Pretoria.
