Four young, innovative students are about to embark on a life-changing journey as they travel to Warsaw, Poland to compete in the CIMA 2015 Global Business Challenge, an international business competition. The annual contest is aimed at showcasing the best in young business talent that various countries around the world have to offer.

The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) wishes the CharterCapital Advisory TeamSA comprised of Tshegofatso Makhene, Raymond Miiro, Justice Tshabalala and Tshenolo Ramawela everything of the best and encourages them to fly the South African flag high.

According to the NYDA Executive Chairperson, Yershen Pillay, “It’s about time that young South African business leaders demonstrate to the international community what we have to offer. As the NYDA, we are constantly on the look-out to endorse young, talented, innovative leaders and are fully behind the CharterCapital Advisory team to bring home the championship trophy for 2015.”.

The Team spokesperson Justice Tshabalala stated “As we are going to Poland to compete we are going to compete for the country, we want to remove the negative image that surrounds our country’s youth by becoming the first African country and the first African College to win this competition. CharterQuest has equipped us with knowledge and skills that we need to compete at the finals but we will need the country’s full support to actually win the competition so that we bring the Gold Back Home.”

The team, comprised of students from the CharterQuest Financial Training Institute, was born out of a common interest and drive in strategic business analysis and innovation.”
