Hence, creating blue oceans. The individuals in this team, constantly undergo a series of preparation in achieving them. One of such feats was a concerted decision to participate in The CFO Case Study competition 2016.

The team members are Mayowa Agbelese, the team leader, ‘shaper’ and ‘finisher’, who ensures that the team’s focus is never lost thereby scrutinizing the work for errors. Toyin Bamidele, the ‘Plant’ and ‘Resource Investigator’, goes tremendous distance to source for credible knowledge thereby generating ingenious ideas. Oluwabunmi Akindahunsi, the ‘specialist’ and ‘monitor evaluator’, skillfully solves problems by making acute judgements from a bird’s eye view in order to wittingly hit the bull’s eye.  Bolu Olatunji, functions as the ‘team worker’ and ‘coordinator’, ensuring that the team works in harmony whilst functioning in their individual strengths. Our team roles are as expressed by the ‘’Belbin’s model of team cohesion’’

Individual Profiles

Bolu Olatunji
Teamworker & Coordinator

We often call him ‘’the manager’’ because of his ability to study people and make them work together in sync to effectively manage projects, most usually by making work fun.

Bolu is currently a student of the Department of Building, faculty of Environmental Design and Management, in the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife, Nigeria. He has a diploma certification in design from AUTODESK and hopes to be certified in project management from the project management institute (PMI) soon. He hails from Lagos, Nigeria.

Toyin Bamidele
Plant & Resource Investigator

He is indeed a phenomenal person. We are often left in awe as to how he generates and presents premeditated ideas like he were a human factory made solely for intellectual property. We call him ‘the strategist’.

Toyin is a student of the Department of Psychology at Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He takes delight in the natural workings of the human thought process and on his own studies various branches of psychology as he is a vast reader. He has also pioneered a few businesses.

Specialist & Monitor Evaluator

She contributes a measured and dispassionate analysis and through objectivity, stops the team from committing itself to misguided tasks. She considers all options and judges accurately. We call her ‘The Analyst’.

After recently completing the Accounting Technician Scheme (ATS) Examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she hopes to become chartered shortly.
