About CFA
The CFA® program is a qualification for the investment industry covering a broad range of investment topics. The qualification is ideal for people working as Analysts or Asset Managers, but anyone wanting to understand the workings of the financial markets from a theoretical and practical perspective will find it useful. Throughout the three levels there is a strong emphasis on building analytical skills underpinned by the highest ethical standards of behaviour.
Established in 1962, the CFA® program sets the global standard for investment knowledge, standards and ethics. Passing the CFA® examination can help advance your career and shows that you, the charterholder has mastered a broad range of investment topics and is committed to the highest ethical standards in the profession.
Once you have successfully completed the CFA® program, and satisfied the criteria outlined by CFA® Institute, you will earn the right to use the CFA® designation.
