Egness is a holder of a Mas­ters of Sci­ence Degree in Finance and Invest­ment, a first class BCOM hon­ours degree in Bank­ing and a Diploma in Risk Man­age­ment. She cur­rently works as the Finance & Port­fo­lio Offi­cer at Ele­ment Six Pro­duc­tion (Pty) Ltd. Before that, Egnes worked as a Risk Analyst/​Bank Exam­iner with the Reserve Bank of Zim­babwe for two years. She joined Char­terQuest Finan­cial Train­ing Insti­tute as a part-​time Lec­turer in August of 2012 and is cur­rently tutor­ing Fun­da­men­tals of Busi­ness Eco­nom­ics and Finan­cial Account­ing at the Cer­tifi­cate level.
