Dr Samuel Colin Steyn

Samuel spe­cialised and obtained a first PhD in the domain of train­ing and devel­op­ment of peo­ple within com­plex knowl­edge man­age­ment sys­tems, project man­age­ment, tech­nol­ogy and open inno­va­tion. He com­pleted his BCom [Hons] stud­ies at UNISA and obtained an MBA degree. He has lec­tured and devel­oped train­ing mate­r­ial for sev­eral uni­ver­si­ties and busi­ness schools locally in the UK and in the USA. His cur­rent engage­ments include cor­po­rate train­ing and con­sult­ing in emo­tional intel­li­gence, inno­va­tion and man­age­ment, Aca­d­e­mic Coor­di­na­tor of Project Inno­va­tion and Research, Strate­gic Inno­va­tion and Imple­men­ta­tion, facil­i­ta­tion of the process of the Five Dimen­sions of Cre­ativ­ity. He also con­sults to ABSA, Tran­sunion and Dis­cov­ery Health on the explo­ration of future value propo­si­tions through inno­va­tion and cre­ative fun­nelling processes. Dr Steyn lec­tures var­i­ous busi­ness man­age­ment subjects.
